Our Hereford Red beef is sourced locally from a family farm ‘Wandoo Wandong’ set amongst rolling hills and fertile valleys in the heart of Central West NSW. Hereford Red Beef is 100% hormone free, 100% grass fed and is produced according to the highest level of quality control accreditation including Meat Standards Australia (MSA) and the European Union.
