Verjus or verjuice derives from the French 'vert jus' which literally translates as “green juice”. We’ve seen an increase in the popularity of verjus in the media and as a result, in our store, so we are delighted to be able to provide our customers with an exceptional range of verjus created by the lovely Terry and Julie Dolle of Orange Mountain Wines.
We are extremely lucky to be able to stock locally grown Saffron at A Slice of Orange. It is certainly something that lots of people are keen to try and we love chatting to customers about new and different ways of using it in meals.
