  • Fourjay Farm Hazelnuts, Forest Reefs

Jean and Basil Baldwin are the lovely owners of Fourjay Farms Hazelnuts together with their daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Dave Stansfield. Fourjay Farms is a brand that we have been proud to stock since when we were first selling at the Sydney Organic Farmers Markets. The Baldwins started planting their hazelnut grove just outside of Orange in 1990. They now have over 5,000 trees (10 hectares) under their care, more than ten products in their range and a number of covetable awards under their belts.
